Empress Eye Clinic is committed to providing eye care and information that are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to treat every patient with dignity and independence, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Visiting Our Clinic
- Our clinic is located at 5095 Yonge Street, Unit B6, in Empress Walk, North York, with direct access from North York Centre subway station.
- Our optical and eyewear area is accessible to patients with mobility limitations.
- Due to the physical configuration of our examination rooms and equipment, patients must be able to transfer to and sit in the examination chair for an eye examination. Patients with mobility limitations should contact us in advance so we can discuss their needs and possible accommodations.
- Service animals and support persons are welcome.
- Assistance with forms and alternative information formats can be provided upon request.
If you have accessibility needs for your visit, please tell us when you book your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
